We are a family company who have been enjoying the beauty and climate in this area for some fifteen years. Over time we have come to value more and more the lifestyle and traditions of the local people. Our office is strategically based with easy access and parking in the coastal town of Torre del Mar close to Velez Malaga, the capital of Axarquia. Situated only thirty minutes from Malaga, we are perfectly positioned to service the whole Axarquia area - whether it be one of the coastal resorts or one of the traditional whitewashed mountain villages. Virtually all Axarquia can be reached within 35 mins and covers an area of over 1000 km2 from Rincon de la Victoria to Colmenar, Vinuela, Sayalonga, Competa, Torrox and Nerja.

We have an extensive property register containing apartments, town and village houses, villas, fincas and plots.
